Uninamentals

Adrien J.

So as most of you already know, I have started working in Unity. With that being said, I have just finished a Unity fundamentals course. I am exciting with all that Unity has to offer and also relieved that I finally finished that 3 hour long course. Since I have already made a blog post about Unity, I will keep this one brief. So for starters, my favorite tool do far is the probuilder tool. The probuilder tool is like a mini 3d modeling software in Unity. I love the variety of uses for the tool. Today I used it to create a series of corridors leading to different rooms. Unity overall is very simple. I thought it would be super complex considering it make games, however the interface is simple enough. There are ways to get to more comples files, however the default is that they are nice and tucked away. With this Unity fundamentals course, the majority was easy to understand, however there was one area that tripped me up. It had to do with importing files, however I learned what I needed to do and now I am fine. Overall I have nothing but excitement for the Unity game engine. I know that are first project with this sofrtware involves creating a game. I am super pumped becuase it will be the first game I have created in the Unity game engine. I will be sure to update you all once I finish the project.
